WebbA “pop up” which is the wrong name IMO, it should be called a Walk Up, is a sport SKILL. Skills are built upon foundations of movement and movement characteristics (strength, power, flexibility, etc). You may just need to work on the Skill and learn better techinque. Or you may have immobile joints that limit your ability to perform the skill. WebbHOW TO FIX YOUR POP UP You have all the tools. A basic understanding of what a Walk-Up is, the awareness of your body’s movement requirements, and a deeper comprehension of how to fix your pop-up. Improve the skill, improve the body, integrate the process, and apply it to your surf.
